Winter warmth by Collen Zahn
I stood there watching the snow falling silently and gracefully upon my window--
crystallized flakes of soft moist dew, coming down from heaven above.
In the midst of the night of calm white splendor, a blanket of ice glistened the ground.
In a sudden gust of angel dust, a swirl of drifts were formed.
In the vast white world of mystic beauty,
I almost didn't see a lone white dove with downy wings in a tree of evergreen.
I felt a sudden warmth deep within my heart;
an ornament of truth was made with God's own hands of love.
Inside a fire glowed within the fireplace--
a flame of gold and richness which filled my very soul.
I then looked at my family which God hath sewn together;
our love will keep us cozy. How truly blessed we are!
